We proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your purchase after using our skincare product as directed.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be at least 80% unused
- Proof of purchase is required
- The product must have been used according to the recommended instructions
If these conditions are met, your request will be reviewed and, if approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.
Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders, but shipping issues can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged (excluding minor packaging imperfections such as dents), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at ivarenasupport@gmail.com and include a photo of the damage.
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not our responsibility.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Address corrections can typically be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot offer reshipments or refunds for incorrect addresses.
